a.b reinterprets Darth Plagueis

I came across a quote recently that reminded me of how the Spirit speaks. The only problem is... it's completely backwards.

The quote is attributed to a Star Wars character, Darth Plagiueis, a Sith. I don't know much about Star Wars, but Siths come across as quintessential anti-good guys.

sith quote: It all depends on your definition of good, doesn’t it?

The good stuff

well.....the "good" stuff

Here's the quote:

Tell me what you regard as your greatest strength, so I will know how best to undermine you;
tell me of your greatest fear, so I will know which I must force you to face;
tell me what you cherish most, so I will know what to take from you;
and tell me what you crave, so that I might deny you…
Darth Plagueis
cool. coolcoolcool...
Here it is as a.b sees it:
Tell me what you regard as your greatest strength, so I will know how best to pump you up; tell me of your greatest fear, so I will know which I must show you is unreal; tell me what you cherish most, so I will know of what to remind you when you're down; and tell me what you crave, so that I can give you all of it.

i like those words better. reason: it sounds like love and unity and power and peace. #abthings

Note of interest

While the quote is attributed to a fictional character, the words themselves had to have been written by a human (most likely). A human with a mind like our own (perhaps reading these words -- hello!) in communication at all times with universal oneness.

That's pretty cool, huh. I wonder if they were first hit with the lovely thoughts, then adapted them to the Sith motif.

These words as written are beautiful despite, no, because of their form for the truth they allow us to uncover.

thanks and keep thinking! (keep thinking selfully)
